The 91st Psalm Christian School Technology curriculum is designed to introduce students to the breadth of the field of computer science through an exploration of engaging and accessible topics. The primary goal is to develop in students the computational practices of problem solving and programming within the context of problems that are relevant to the lives of today’s students.

7th Grade: Keyboarding, Digital Citizenship and Google applications

8th Grade and 9th Grade: Exploring programming, web design, cyber security and current approaches in educational technology.

Tech Lab

Since we have been blessed with the HAC, the technology lab can host other classes when 7th, 8th, and 9th grade technology classes are not in session. Here is a list of other classes that have used the tech lab. Our goal is to see the whole school use the lab and create a STEM-thinking campus.

Partnerships

We have partnered with Grand Canyon University to provide professional development for our teachers. Teachers are learning how to integrate technology into their lessons and provide hands-on experience for students.
