Our Business/Marketing students assist with Lunch Box duties. Our Lunch Box Crew also sells concessions at sporting events.
Students learn how a business works and business concepts: workplace teamwork, supply and demand, cost/benefit ratio, and more. Running Lunch Box enables students to learn business, marketing, economics, and customer service skills in a real-time, real-world environment.
